Description

I designed this small sled for Dremel Moto-saw to help me cut 20mm Alu pipe extrusions. The bottom part has 8 holes for M3 screws. From the top you can fit M3 5x5mm brass inserts into these holes, or alternatively, you can use hexagonal nuts from the bottom side. Screw knobs are designed for M3 imbus (hex head) screws, that should be heated and press fitted into them (e.g. with a soldering iron). Each rail is mounted to the bottom with two to four 3 x 8mm plastic/wood screws. You need to print two rails inverted, one bottom, one or more pairs of screw knobs and one or more clamps. ** Tips and support kindly accepted here: https://paypal.me/ZigaM3 Or with LBRY (LBC) credits, through my Odysee channel: https://odysee.com/@ZigaMDIY:9 I also design on redbubble: https://www.redbubble.com/people/reintegration/shop And I promote my RB designs on Pinterest: https://www.pinterest.com/reIntegration42
