Print the holder ideally with a filament that has a high heat resistance. I printed the part in Extrudr GreenTEC, 0.3 mm layer height and 30% infill. You'll also need:
1 x door magnet with a 15 x 40 mm base and ~36.5 mm hole distance
2 x M3 threaded brass inserts (e.g. Tappex Multisert)
1 x M4 threaded brass insert
2 x M3 x 10 mm hex screw
2 x M3 DIN 125 washer
1 x M4 x 8 mm hex screw
1 x M4 DIN 125 washer (or use the nylon washer from the Weber grill which should be left over after the door upgrade)
After printing the holder part insert the threaded brass inserts with a soldering iron. Then mount the holder and the magnet to your Weber grill. Done!
