It is working quite well now. Although the videos shows PLA printing it works well with Ninjaflex (That's why I made this design: I bought Ninjaflex and it didn't work well with the bowden) The extra weight makes the whole head a bit too wobbly if you run at normal speed. It makes sharp corners more round and sticking out a bit. This is especially visible on small objects with sharp geometry changes. Also Ninjaflex seems to require more heat to melt properly, meaning you need to slow things down to get proper flow. I get prints comparable to PLA in quality if I run at 25mm/s (50% of the normal speed) I will post pictures to compare print quality The positive part is that the layer adhesion is really good with TPU. And by the way, TPU filament is completely different from the flexible PLA. It is like comparing a rubber band and a cooked spaghetti.

how is it performing? what about the extra weight? Have you tried filaflex or ninjaflex?
