Here I'm showcasing a FreeCAD design of a case for an oscilloscope differential probe that I have recently DIY-ed out of few components lying in my drawers.
The electronics is a basic diff-amp based on three old LF356 amps. They go to 5MHz, but since they have a huge overshoot for small signals, I had to limit the BW to only 700kHz. Which is good enough for what I need right now.
In the back of the case there are two 2mmx10mm screws to hold the cable tightly, while in the front of the case there are only clips at the sides.
The STL files are published on this page.
