This was designed to fit in the hole on a dashboard where an existing phone holder already was.It fits the HTC One phone but the design could obviously be easily adapted.The holder incorporates a wedge shaped hole to secure a mini USB style charging lead. That wedge is intended to make it easier to reposition and incorporate different types of charger connection.
