D-Mount to Micro 4/3rds Adapter

It will only work with moderately sized D-mount lenses, since the lens effectively sits inside the camera, there is extremely limited space available. The source files are included. If anyone is looking for an accurate model of a Micro 4/3rds mount, this is also a good starting point.
