I modified the original modification (LOL), to have a angled lip and a more focussed draft toward the nozzle. I have a second Cr-10 with dual z's, and I noticed that the nozzle is a little further back by 1-2mm(for some reason). I printed this in PLA on my maker select plus @ 0.2mm and it came out beautifully. I did use supports @5% (lines) in Cura and they came off easily. I will upload a pic later.
Edit1: I added the second modification with the angled lip further to the left side, which is the one I am using as it lines up better with the nozzle. It works great for me, but as Shakespeare said, I am "...an ass in the world".
