ABS or PCMax might be better but PLA has worked well for me so far. Infill at 60% and use something like Gyroid pattern infill for strength. You may need to print with a brim to keep the parts stuck to the print bed. After printing I recommend using a small file to smooth the top surface print lines. The small door covering the elastic band recess will need filing to make it fit. Fit a silicon rubber band between the posts and then put a small amount of glue (two spots) on the edge of the cover so it can be removed in the future if the band breaks. If you can, I recommend putting a small spot of silicon grease on the slider to help it retract smoothly. I used a line of super glue to stick the top to the base and this works well with PLA.
