This shroud is printed in two parts that slide together. Included is a M12x1mm nut for the proximity sensor. You also need to print two of the 5x6mm posts and remove a small bridge between the holding posts for the fan on the shroud.
I used a GDStime Technology 24V 0.1A 40mm blower. At 100% the output is about what a 50mm blower (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2235389) does at 25-30%.
2x 10mm M2 and 2x 12mm M2 and nuts to fix the Fan in place
The probe is the Omron Manufacturer Part #: E2B-M12KN08-WP-B1 2M which is PNP and it works with a 7805 to reduce voltage down to 5V and the PNP Configuration.h of the Marlin duplicator 6 firmware. This probe has a working distance of 8mm in a M12 form factor. Screw the probe in so that it is flush with the bottom of the shroud. This setup works with a 1mm PEI sheet glued on the build plate.
Same position as in 1bigpig's probe mount http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2081168 where you also find the description on how to set up the probe.
