B.t.w. would you think that such a model could be done "Printed In Place" mostly? The bridges might be big, but perhaps it's do-able...

Hi, I found that in the 15.06.3 version of Cura you can also access a really special feature that's useful for tuning these kinds of tolerances precisely. You can select the "Horizontal expansion" that you want.
