If you need a longer version for bigger spools, you can just use the original "608 Core2 90mm STL" from here;

Its already available! the rsdoc file is the file format of the free cad software Design Spark Mechanical (google to download). If your still looking which CAD software to use I'd advice to try this out (better for 3D printing than f.e. skechup) I you use other pro software I can provide a STEP file if needed..

Thanks for your reply, I had the shell thickness to 0.6 so that fixes the problem - thanks

I printed them myself using cura 14.07 so that can't be it, what settings do you use? did you check in layer view before printing? Not sure what I used, but when I use some standard setting like layer 0,1 and shell 0,8 I see no issue ... offcourse the top part is 0,6 mm thick which is not a multiple of 0,4 (my nozzle size) so not ideal, but it printed wel for me...

there seems to be something wrong with the two spacers, I have printed them twice and the smaller diameter part does not print ?
I guess it could be a problem with Cura (I am using version 14.07) which does show the spacers with the smaller diameter ?
