STLs are sized for #4 Melitta filters. You could scale the files for other filter sizes, but for the sake of keeping the hinges round and of a good size it is better to use the SCAD file to create new STL files for the proper size. The design is parameterized and the variables are documented. You will likely want to change the values for wd, dp, ht, and droop. Printed at 100% infill in PLA. Walls are 1.6mm (as per thk parameter) so infill % doesn't matter much if your wall thickness is at least 0.8mm. I prefer to print the parts separately since the base does not need any brim, but the lid benefits from a small brim to keep the hinge area from curling up.
