Here is my advice: Print the car (without wheels) first and then glue the wheels to it. You'll need supports for the front and rear of the car and the side mirror. This isn't an easy print because of the detail, but I've tried to make it mostly printable.
The model is 6 inches, bumper to bumper; about 1:24 scale. I wouldn't try to print it any smaller than about half that size (about matchbox size). Even then, details like the side mirror aren't going to work very well. The two models in my photos are 8 inches and 3 inches. **Update 03/24/18:** I added a "matchbox" version with a somewhat simplified design for printing at 3-inches.
Good luck, Chevette enthusiast!
