I used a home-made Rep-Rap Athena with the following settings: 0.2 layer height, 15% fill density, 70 print speed, 210 temperature at a flow rate of 100%. I also used Cura for rendering gcode for print. Finally, I used green Hatchbox 1.75mm PLA plastic.
