This example printed with Inland PETG on a Creality Ender 5 Pro with a few typical customizations. Printed on glass with hair spray, no support. Print the top upside down (duh) so you don't need support. This example printed really nicely thanks to a brand new nozzle and replaced PTFE tube and fittings. The screws I used to close the case are M2.5 .45x5 flat-head Philips machine screws. I force-cut my own threads (the holes in the model are not threaded). The case screws do not contact the board. It's held on the plastic pegs that mate with plastic holes on the case bottom. The countersunk holes for the screws are not involved with the fit of the board on the pegs. I found there's a slight interference fit to the top and bottom of the case, on the board-holding pegs. Good. Just be sure you're ready for it to go together before you force that fit. The electronic kit went together easily and well in an evening. It appears to work great. Instead of soldering the kit's LEDs to the board, I mounted a couple of JST-XHP connectors (pin fit was perfect) and placed wires on the LED leads, insulating the leads with a bit of heat-shrink. I attached the LEDs to the case with a blob of silicone sealant on the back. This lets me remove the board from the case if needed, disconnecting the LEDs and leaving them attached to the case.
