Follow the 'teardown' instructions here: https://www.allaboutcircuits.com/news/teardown-tuesday-logitech-hd-pro-webcam-c920/ Get it as far as having removed the original mount from it, and optionally remove the microphones from the camera too (as you don't need them). Then put the camera back together again, but without the original mount. Print up both parts. The holder just fits into the hole left by removing the mount. It's held into place by a small screw (eg. an M2.5). It doesn't need to go deep into the camera to hold it very securely (there's nothing much behind where the screw needs to go into the plastic, so you won't accidentally skewer the electronics or anything). The two parts screw together using two more small screws which form the hinge. The tension on the hinge can be adjusted by tightening the screws. Screw the whole thing to the top of the Ultimaker. Again, short screws are fine (I used 5mm M2.5s). There are three holes in the base to do this.
