Al final me decidí pasar del protoboard al PCB. Así que la caja que publiqué para mini protoboard en https://www.youmagine.com/designs/caja-para-mini-protoboard ahora es mucho mas pequeña al montar los componentes en una PCB.
El diseño de la PCB está hecho con Fritzing del cual adjunto también los ficheros por si alguien lo quiere reproducir
