I needed a single and dual cable guide for my OpenBeam Kossel Pro 3D printer and designed guides for 8mm and 7.5/8mm cables.
Update 07/13/2017:
Added a cable guide that uses zip ties to fix the cable.
Technical
For each cable guide you will need 2x M3 x 8 mm hex screws and 2x M3 washers.
