Tested with PLA: 0.15mm layers 2x1mm walls 6x0.8mm top/bottom layers 10% grid infill no supports / build plate adhesion One size fits most. PETG preferred for elasticity, but the PLA test model handled devices from 72mm wide/10mm thick to 80mm wide/14mm thick. Devices larger than that can be mounted from the phone clip to the corner (pictured).
