To prevent getting you clothes in the chain I printed this disk. Since you cannot buy disks for small gears (16cm disk) like the ones found on a tandem I designed my own that also works together with the flexible chain cover. This is the first version. It fits on the bike a Santos in my case with 3 cable ties. Testing in the field will start soon.Update:Testing successful over 100Km of use. I reprinted them now in black so it looks better. Since it is black I now printed it in ABS since I am afraid that the black will absorb to much heat when in the sun.I added a second design for a 52T wheel. I printed it at my maximum of 20.8cm would have liked it a little larger but my printer can not..
