This is set up for the Sparkfun version (https://www.sparkfun.com/products/12783) and a nominal 3/4" dog hole, printed in ABS on a cupcake. But you can go into the openscad and change the clearances as needed. It relies on the coolant-pipe end to cut its own thread, which appears to work  fine.
