I had few (bad) filaments rolls that broke into small strands inside the bowden tube that leads to the extruder. i've decided to feed the extruder directly, bypassing the inner bowden tube.
After testing few prints, i can say it works great!
I've added a cone to the "BCN3DSigma - Bowden entry extruder" part and attached it back with the old screw.
I find it's much more easy and quick now to replace a filament with less friction, less time consuming errors and cleaning... - in short this is as close as i can get to a direct feed.
