Automatic part unloader for Ultimaker 2 and 3.

These are parts for an automatic part unloader I made for the Ultimaker 2. With some adaptions it can be used with many other 3d printers.
The unloading is started by pressing a micro switch . This micro switch is operated by sending the extruder to a corner. With special software you can merge multiple gcode files into one file. In this new file the start switch is operated after each model is printed.

The parts were printed with PLA at a layer height of 0.25 mm

Beside the 3d printed parts you will need:
aluminium strip 10 X 2 X 304 mm
aluminium strip 10 X 2 X 317 mm
aluminium L shaped profile 10 X 10 X 1 X 200 mm
steel strip 30 X 2 X 169 mm
M3 rod 188mm
aprox 1700 mm of strong thread (ie dynama 13kg)
5 brass pulleys 6 X1.7 mm
knife 81 mm (wall paper scraper knife)
about 10 M2 screws
about 8 m2 nuts
4 m3 screws
some iron wire 1.2 mm
servo (ie hobbyking 9225000012)
microswitches and electronic parts
