First version printed with Taulman Bridge Nylon, 65% infill. Final version (not yet photographed) printed with MatterHackers Pro nylon, 80% infill. EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: Rotate 90 degrees and print on its side (with supports), so the layer lines (and thus likely shear lines) aren't in a direction that's being stressed. Closing the clamp presses the sides together, pulling the base away from the riser. If printed without being rotated, this can cause the layers to separate.
