I used PLA filament. These files are offset slightly so they can be gently tapped together. I used a 3D printed Thwack hammer (and needle nose pliers as needed) to tap the pieces in place. It takes a little patience and some deep breathes, but the orange and green pieces will fit into place fairly flush with the 3 mm thick yellow ring/A crossbar.
