It´s a fairly easy Print, for wide, square and round use your prefered Layerheight, deactivate Infill as well as Top Infill, use 3-4 Perimeters (~1.2mm thick) and >1mm buttom Infill. For the smallinfill model use the same settings, change infill to 3-5%, large infill and thickness like 0.45mm or more.
