I have designed an anglepoise lamp for use with the popular 12v led bulbs. For the power supply, i have used my trusty 11.1v (3x18650) power bank but any 12v supply is possible. Power bank :: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4177805 In the photo i used a 12w 12v bulb but it was probably too bright. Have fun. Change the design to suit
