You should decorate the pieces before putting it together. After decorating all the pieces put new years on the left pin of Kwanzaa and Christmas on the right. Next put the top case pegs over Kwanzaa and lightly tap it on. And finally put the small stick through the hole in the bottom of the blank piece. Then put hanukkuh on the end of the stick and your done.
