While driving in the rain when it is a little warmer or being dressed to warm I often find myself putting 2 fingers between the foam cover to let so air in. This probably solves it. It is just lose it gets squeezed in with the Velcro strap.I printed this air vent using Cura as slicer. Since the model is a solid you need to do some tricks.- Set the top and bottom thickness to 0 (this generates a hollow design)- Set the infill to about 8% and I used the Cura 15.03 infill (square grid)The foto of the part is my first prototype
