Migrated to: https://www.printables.com/model/547969-add-a-cooler-drain-plug-recess-for-igloo-profile-i I bought an Igloo threaded drain plug (Igloo p/n X000S9H40D) to add to my Profile II 50 cooler, and drilled a (~28mm) hole through the side and the internal drain plug boss before figuring out that the drain plug was too short. Oops. Turns out there are no easy-to-find drain plugs that will span the distance through this cooler, so I was stuck with the Igloo part, and a cooler with a hole in it. I created this recess to allow the plug to be installed on this cooler.
