I 3D printed the case at .15mm layer height with 20% infill and no supports. The video shows how I assembled the case. I've included the Autodesk Fusion 360 .f3d file if you decide to modify the case. As for the software, the sample software provided by Lilygo did not always work as is, so after much digging through their examples, I finally resolved the issues and created a simple four function calculator using the touch screen for the calculator keypad. I've included the Arduino files required for compiling and downloading the calculator program to the development board and a screen shot of the Arduino tools settings I used. Best wishes!
