Introducing our 3rd RedCat Ascent Fusion upgrade, our - Spur Gear Guard. Keep your servo wires from getting eaten by your spur gear. Our Spur Gear Guard makes sure your servo wire stays out of harm's way. This guard comes in two sizes:

Small: For standard servo wire and connectors.

Large: For those with direct power servos that need to pass through a JST connector and servo connector.

Material: We recommend printing the Spur Gear Guard in PLA Plus; though we’re sure other materials will work as well.

Installation - Spur Gear Guard: Carefully unscrew (there is probably loctite on the screws) the cross-brace directly in front of the spur gear. Slide the cross-brace through the Spur Gear Guard and have it facing so the "feet" rest on the motor plate. Reattach the cross-brace (re-apply loctite as needed) and lastly, slide your servo wire through the hole provided.
