I've printed it in ABS with a large w/h ratio to aid layer bonding on it's relatively narrow cross-section (.2mm Height / .5mm Width). Give a strong result, and the chick clicks in nicely. I printed two at a time, a distance apart to aid cooling time and print quality with no-fan ABS printing. Printed on a Mendel90, at 35mm/sec, raft to aid bed adhesion.
