This is a low-center-of-gravity crawler RC car with a futuristic exterior. As always, we have designed it following our motto of easy handling, a unique exterior, and durable construction.
The chassis and body were made using a 3D printer, and we used metal pre-made parts for the drivetrain, ensuring design flexibility and durability. All bolts used in assembly are fully exposed and intuitively positioned on the exterior, improving ease of assembly and maintenance.
Parts damaged by impact can be easily replaced without the need to remove other components. A TPU guard protects the roof of the vehicle in case of rollover, and the window roof guard can be installed optionally.
The battery is safely secured within the vehicle’s body. Despite the design lacking a front bumper, a sturdy hood protects the servo motor and drivetrain. Battery installation is simple but secure by opening the rear hatch, and we used hand-tightened screws to maintain both the unique design and durability.
We chose to only allow the installation of mini-sized (75x33x25) batteries to maintain the proportions of the vehicle, and we hope you understand this necessary design decision. We've added as many holes as possible to the chassis rails to provide flexibility in wheelbase adjustments.
We have prepared an assembly manual video, and even if you haven't yet purchased the 3D data, you can refer to the "show more" section below the YouTube video to find links to the required parts and where to purchase them.
We hope this will be an enjoyable 3D printing experience, with easy and light assembly, followed by exciting driving.
