I prefer not to double bend my pushrods because its difficult and potentially can break the control horns.
The Edge 540 designed by 3DLabprint is such a nice design with very tight movement of the control surfaces resulting in near zero backlash. In most cases this allows high speed control horn position settings and therefore no need for mechanical trimming - there is enough control on the transmitter.
But when I try and bend the 1mm pushrod wire, the second bend can result in damage etc.
Much better to have a linkage keeper like this one.
