What software are you using? In Sketchup there's a tool called scale. You could use that to re-make the .stl file to your required dimensions. You'll also need the extension for it to export .stl files.
If you're using repetier host to actually run the print, there's a function under 'object placement' called 'scale object'. This will allow you to scale it in any of the three dimensions.
In either case, this model was made in metric, so calculating appropriate alterations will be your responsibility. I'm not good with imperial.
If you're using anything else I really can't help you. In my early days I tried a few printing suites and didn't like the GUIs, so I settled on Repetier.

I'm new to this 3d environment so bare with me. I looked at the software but have no idea where this dimensions are denoted. I printed the Camera foot but its 1/4 x 1/8 to small. How can i open the software and locate and increase these dimensions?
