Pipe plugs should be printed with the outer part, that accepts the bearing, facing down. Print supports are not needed, since holes are covered with 0.3mm bridge layers. The example in the photos was printed with translucent PETG, 0.3mm layer height and 0.4mm nozzle, with 3 layers top/bottom, 3 layers perimeter, 15% infill.
