- the printed parts (print lying on the side; the base needs full support) - two rubber bands - a M3x45mm screw and a nut - The edge pieces (part "3") are needed twice but are not mandatory. They make mounting and removing the phone a bit easier, but as you can see, as I made the pictures, I was still printing them and it works fine also without them.
