Very easy to print, just make sure that the flat side lies down on the printer bed, no support needed. You will most certainly have to adopt the design for your door and the opening that you require. I printed this on an Ultimaker 2 with 0.1mm layer height, 50 mm/s print speed and 25% fill density.
