Materials needed:
1) Printed: Top 1.stl
2) Printed: Top 2.stl
3) Printed: Bottom 3.stl
4) Printed: Bottom 3.stl
5) Sheet of .093” thick Plexiglass or Lexan 11” x 16 5/8”
6) Super Glue, Gel type works well
7) ¼” drill bit, small pilot drill recommended.
8) Sand Paper, 220 or 320 grit if needed
Assembly Steps:
1) Print the top and bottom pieces.
2) Sand and check fits if needed.
3) Cut and drill Plexiglas/lexan as shown.
4) Insert and glue the “bottom 1” piece to the glass, note orientation in image.
5) Assemble and glue the “bottom 2” piece to the other side of the glass, note orientation in image.
6) Glue “top 1” and “top2” pieces together, note orientation in image.
7) Glue top pieces to the glass with pegs inserted into the drilled holes on the glass.
8) Hang cover onto the machine and center it over the opening.
9) Mark the top screw locations on the glass.
10) Drill ¼” holes for clearance of the screws.
