Hey, by memory I printed it on .1 layer, 10 percent infill, 40mm/s outer speed 50mm/s inner speed and 70 infill speed. 200 travel speed. 10 degree nozzle and 50 degree build plate. I cant remember if i increased the top and bottom layer thickness. It did take along time. I just set it going before bed and watched it finish the next morning. Mine came out mint except the lettering which I have now doubled in size. The slots are snug as I dont want to loose any cards but if they are to tight I'll open them up a bit.

I tried printing this using Cura in 'fast' mode. It came out pretty badly - the slicer tries to put the base of the holes over the empty space of the in-fill, and doesn't have enough layers on the top to overcome the same problem there. The holes also come out a bit too small to comfortably put the cards in.
I'll give it another try sometime, but it takes quite a while to print (3hrs fast, 9hrs normal and 15hrs high) and uses quite a bit of filament (7-8M). If I get it printing nicely, I'll post up some settings.
All that said, the gnarly mess I have actually looks pretty good. The rounded corners feel great, and with a proper top I think the etched lettering will come out well too. It looks like it'll have plenty of space for all the little cards I have laying about.
