Sorry, I don't. It shouldn't be too hard to modify it to 3mm, but I can't really do it now. If you know a little about OpenSCAD and use a 4mm OD 3mm ID PTFE tubing, the modifications would be changing the filament diameter hole, the distance between the MK7 and the filament and making sure the MK7 axis to motor axis remain the same.
