It is a Prusa i3 using this extruder: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:135799 There is nothing special about the mounting to the x-axis. Think the fanduct will fit most setups.

It looks like you may have a Mendel based vertical bar X axis carriage for your printer. Can you also upload the e3d mount you used to affix the hot end to your x axis?
