Print the two parts with high infill e.g. 50% and 0.2 - 0.3 mm layer height. For outdoor use it's recommended to use an UV and heat resistant filament like ASA. Additional parts: 4 x M4 16 mm hex screws 4 x M4 DIN 125 washers 4 x threaded brass inserts (e.g. Tappex Multisert) After printing insert the threaded brass inserts with a soldering iron into Part A. Done, now go and mount your Rain-Clik sensor with the holder!
