I used ABS, as it allows to weld parts using acetone. Walls were printed separately, then assembled. The first version of the hinges uses two axles that are simply pushed in place (some sanding may be required for a soft movement). The second version uses magnets (two 2x2mmm cylinders) pushed into the hinges. The hinges are then welded to the walls. (note : pay attention to the magnets orientation!) The download contains two versions of the box and cap sides, top and bottom walls, for the little and for the bigger box. It also contains two versions of the box and cap rear walls, for the standard hinge and for the magnetic hinge. The box and cap front walls can be used for all versions of the box.
