I printed all parts in PLA, most of them with 0.2mm layer height. Depending on how rigid and durable you want them, use at least 5 Top / Bottom layers and if possible 3 or more wall perimeters and bigger than 20% infill.

Pay special attention to how you print the links. Maybe you can use thinner layers or slower speeds, but ensure after printing one that you can unlock the Print in Place articulations before printing the rest of them.

Most if not all the parts should come in the right position for printing when you load them in your slicer.
